About Us
Canary and Keith Williams
Restoration Faith Ministries, non-denominational in faith and built on the precepts of Isaiah 61:1-3, was commissioned by God to preach and teach the apostolic doctrine of Jesus Christ in 2001.
Apostle/Spiritual Overseer/Founder
Apostle Canary Williams was called to minister the gospel December 11, 2000. Since that time God has anointed her in all offices of the five-fold ministry. She is now called to and operates in the office of apostle.
She is founder and overseer of Restoration Faith Ministries, which was founded March 2001. The ministry was established on the foundation of Isaiah 61:1-3. It's beginnings were as a trans-local ministry, which mandated Apostle Canary to host conferences to set anointed and hurting women, ministry leaders, and those that were bound free from bondage.
Under the spiritual leadership of Apostle Canary, Restoration Faith Ministries hosted it's first Women of God Conference July 4, 2001. Each year on Independence Day, God uses her as a vessel to liberate women of God by hosting this annual conference.
The ministry is also commissioned to liberate those that are imprisoned. Apostle Canary was the second woman to work as a Mississippi Department Of Correction's chaplain. She was the chaplain of a local, male inmate Regional Correctional Facility until her commission was completed and God called her out.
She is a member of several nationally-known apostolic networks throughout the United States. Apostle Canary is a published author, mother of four children, and spiritual mother to many daughters that have been birthed forth through her ministry. She is married to Elder Keith A. Williams. They are an ordained apostolic team, called, and anointed by God to do His work.
September 2007, God established Restoration Faith Ministries as a house of worship"where His eyes may be open toward night and day, where His name shall be there, and where He will hear the prayers of His servant and His people (1 Kings 8:29-30)." To God be the glory!
Covenant Alliance Pastor
Keith A. Williams was called to the ministry in 2001. Anointed in prison and street ministry, Pastor Keith walked in the offices of Evangelist and Prophet. In 2007 God elevated him to the position of Senior Pastor of Restoration Faith Ministries. He is a beloved Shepherd with Holy Spirit inspired compassion for his flock.
As a Prophet of God, he speaks the mind of God in power and under the anointing and instructs God's people in His Word and righteous ways. Prophet Keith operates in the apostolic dimension and partners with his wife (Apostle Canary) to form an apostolic team ordained to plant churches, impart into existing churches, and establish the kingdom of God.
Pastor Keith was ordained as Elder in July 2010. He now serves as Covenant Alliance Director after God placed a mandate upon the couples' lives to go into the nations and plant. In August 2004 and March 2010, God sent the apostolic team to Texas, where they began tilling ground for the planting of another ministry.

- To minister the gospel of Jesus Christ in love and truth, teach sound doctrine and holy living (teaching);
- To serve God in His plan of redemption and restoration of mankind to their original condition in Him (making disciples);
- To preach good tidings to the poor (preaching);
- To heal the broken hearted (healing)
- To proclaim liberty to the captives, and open prison doors to those who are bound (casting out demons);
- To be led by the Spirit of God in declaring and decreeing the restoration of God's order and government on earth as it is in heaven.
Statement of Faith:
Bible...We believe that all Scripture (Old and New Testament) are inspired by the Holy Spirit, accepted as absolute, as it was originally given (II Timothy 3:16; 1 Corinthians 2:13).
Godhead...We believe in the Eternal Godhead who has revealed Himself as ONE God existing in THREE persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; distinguishable but indivisible (Matthew 28:19; II Corinthians 13:13).
Father...God is a Spirit (John 4:24). He is the Eternal One, the Creator of all things, and the Father of all humanity by creation. He is the First and the Last, and beside Him there is no God (Isaiah 44:6). There was no God formed before Him; neither shall be there any after Him (Isaiah 43:10).
Son...We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of men, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, very God and very man (John 1:1,14; Matthew 1:18-21; Luke 1:26-35, 2:10-11; Isaiah 7:14).
Holy Ghost...We believe the Holy Ghost is the Spirit of God (the Creator), the Spirit of the resurrected Christ. The Holy Ghost comes to dwell in the hearts and lives of everyone who believes and obeys the gospel, as the comforter, sustainer, and keeper (John 14:16-26; Romans 8:9-11).
Death, Burial, Resurrection...We believe Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day, and personally appeared to His disciples (1 Corinthians 15:1-4; John 20:19,26,21:1; Romans 4:25).
Salvation...We believe salvation consists of deliverance from all sin and unrighteousness through the blood of Jesus Christ. The New Testament experience of salvation consists of repentance from sin, water baptism in the name Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost, after which the Christian is to live a godly life (Acts 2:36-41).
Baptism of the Holy Ghost...We believe the baptism of the Holy Ghost is the birth of the Spirit (John 3:5). This spiritual baptism is necessary to put someone into the kingdom of God (God's church, the bride of Christ) and is evidenced by speaking in other tongues (other languages) as the Spirit of God give utterance (Acts 2:1-4, 8:14-17, 10:44-46; Galatians 3:14-15).
Spiritual Gifts...We believe in the operation of the gifts of the Spirit as enumerated in 1 Corinthians 12:8 –10, 28; Ephesians 4:11; Romans 12:3-8, as manifested in the Early Church.
Holiness...We believe in the Spirit-filled life, a life of separation from the world and perfecting of holiness in the fear of God as an expression of Christian faith (II Corinthians 6:14, 7:1; Ephesians 5:18).
Divine Healing...We believe in the healing of the body by Divine Power or divine healing in its varied aspects. We believe divine healing was purchased for us by the stripes and blood of Jesus Christ (Mark 16:17-18; Acts 4:30; Romans 8:11; I Corinthians 12: 9, James 5:14; Isaiah 53:5).
Eternal Life...We believe in eternal life for believers (John 5:24, 3:16). We also believe in punishment for unbelievers(Mark 9:43-58; II Thessalonian 1:9; Revelation 20:10-15).
Judgment...We believe"It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment"(Hebrews 9:27). For this reason there will be a resurrection for everyone. "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad" (II Corinthians 5:10). The eternal destiny of every soul shall be determined by a just God who knows the secrets of everyone's heart (Matthew 25:32-34, 41, 46).
Holy Convocations...We believe in the proclamation of and celebration of the seven feasts of the Lord (Unleavened Bread, Passover, First Fruits, Pentecost, Trumpets, Day of Atonement, and Feast of Tabernacles) at their appointed times (Leviticus 23:4-44) by holy convocation.
Second Coming...We believe in the Second Coming of Christ. We believe Jesus is coming back to earth in bodily form, just as He went away (Acts 1:11). He will catch away a holy people (His bride, His church) who have accepted redemption through His blood, by birth of water and of the Spirit, and who are found faithful when He comes (John 14:2-3; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18).
